Benedicte Maurseth - MIRRA

With Mirra, Benedicte Maurseth and her eminent musicians take the audience into the life and annual cycle of the wild reindeer on the Hardangervidda plateau. The music follows the animal through the seasons – from winter and spring, via summer grazing, to autumn and new winter.

Peace! is the theme of Førdefestivalen 2026
Things are not as they should be in the world. War, arms races and conflict are the new normal. We see increasing polarization and a hardening international climate of dialogue.
That's when we need to talk about peace.
