Celtic – and beyond

We invite you to a social concert evening with long tables, a bar and an unmistakable Celtic party atmosphere in the Sports Hall.

The evening starts in Scotland with Kinnaris Q , a quartet with solid roots in Celtic traditional music. Their music is playful and energetic, but always rooted in the practical and authentic. Here you will find traces of Scottish and Irish folk music, but also elements of bluegrass, classical and Scandinavian music.
This is music that goes well – and that often lifts the mood around the long table.

After a musical trip to Glasgow, the journey continues south into Europe.

From Barcelona comes El Pony Pisador , a band with a great love for Celtic music – and an even greater musical adventure. Here, the framework is broken: the concert develops into a colorful party journey across countries, traditions and genres.
The audience will encounter Catalan songs and dances, Celtic and Mediterranean music, yodeling, throat singing, Georgian polyphonic singing and Balkan rhythms – all delivered with humor, excess and joy of playing.
