In prime time, NRK showed this year's opening concert from Førdefestivalen Sigrid Moldestad led the concert, where approximately 2,000 audience members were able to experience artists and groups such as FRIKAR, Fiddlers Bid, Unni Løvlid and the duo Catrin Finch & Seckou Keita.

NRK Sogn & Fjordane was responsible for the production of the broadcast. The concert was broadcast on NRK1 on Saturday, July 4th at 8:10 PM.
