Bath stoves on Førdefestivalen

We are lucky and get a visit from the Oslo Badstuforening's purple sparkling mobile sauna during the festival.

Time: Friday 4 July at 14.00 until Sunday 6 July at 12.00.

Location: Party place

Drinking water will be available at the sauna. Changing takes place outdoors. Swimming in Jølstra.

There will be 60-minute sessions in the sauna room:

Friday from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM: Herbal bath
Saturday from 9:00 to 16:00: Forest Bathing
Sunday from 8:00-12:00: Herbal bath room

Forest sauna: Steam with birch, eucalyptus, spruce plus other trees and shrubs.

Herbal bath stove: Steam with mint, sage, anise and other herbs.
