Arena manager
As an arena manager, you coordinate all the actors who will visit the concert arena. You are the festival's representative at the arena and are responsible for ensuring that the concert runs smoothly. At some arenas, you will also be asked to introduce the artists to the audience.
The tasks include:
Welcome the artists at the concert arena
Make sure that the technical aspects go according to plan in terms of sound checks etc.
If necessary, provide information to the audience from the stage.
Collaborate with ticket and door staff regarding admission
The banquet hall in Førdehuset - during the Musical Siesta Concert in 2023.
Production/Rig
If you are used to taking on a role under command from above, this may be a task for you. This can be physically demanding, and involves, among other things, setting up stages, setting up and taking down equipment, and rigging technical equipment.
The productions at the Sports Hall are large and there is a need for stagehands. It is long days with a lot of fun and learning to be part of the production team. And then you get to hear live music all day.
Guard
Are you gentle and approachable, but strict when it comes to things? As a security guard at the concert arena, you make sure people have a good time. This is a fun job where you help create good summer memories for the festival audience.
Flowers/decor
On Førdefestivalen We will decorate the various concert stages with wild flowers. If you like to care for flowers or have an eye for decorative details, we want you on the team.
Training and distribution of festival T-shirts after a joint information meeting on Sunday, June 30th at 7:00 PM in the Festival Hall, Førdehuset .
