If you want to brush up on or learn new folk dances, you can stop by the gym at Sunnfjord Folk High School on Thursday, July 7th and Friday, July 8th between 10 am and 12 noon. There, instructors who are happy to dance will welcome you and teach you reindeer, springer or whatever you want. There is no age limit here, either up or down. You come as you are and no prior knowledge is needed.

The dance courses are a collaboration between the Sogn og Fjordane folk music club, Førdefestivalen , and Hordaland folk music group.
