Collaboration with Hafstad VGS

Students make decorations for Borna's World Day Førde

One of the many collaboration partners the festival ties up to bring about Borna's Verdsdagar Førde , is the formation line at Hafstad high school. This collaboration started in 2010, when BVD was organized for the first time. At that time, the students were affiliated with and Jølster high school which was held at Vassenden, while the line has now moved to Hafstad high school. This line has its classrooms in Førdehuset , and it's practical both when setting up the decor - and when cleaning up after the event.

Chinese fairy tale

This year, the students will decorate the workshop called Dragon Pan-Gu. The workshop is a rhythm workshop, where the Chinese fairy tale is told using rhythms. The students naturally took inspiration for the decor from China.

Here you can read the article that Grete Roska at the media department at Hafstad has written about this collaboration.
