On Saturday, November 17th, we once again welcome you to an international family party for young and old in Førdehuset We set up workshops, activities, a world stage, a fairy tale cave, theatre and the café Fargerike. Førde
At Bornas Verdsdagar, the idea is for children to experience rhythms, dance and song through participation. They get to try out different instruments, learn to dance a new dance, sing new songs - or they can perform on the world stage, draw, have their faces painted or listen to fairy tales from all over the world in the fairy tale cave.

This year, children can learn fun folk songs at a singing workshop with Oline Løvlid and dance polka, reindeer and other Norwegian folk dances with Brita and Gisle Kirkeeide from Jølster. At another workshop, you will go to Africa to experience African rhythms, and Edgard Albitres will take the youngest children on an exotic trip to Peru. In the cozy fairy tale cave in the library, you will hear exciting fairy tales from near and far. Two more workshops will be on the program. We will reveal what they are about later.
